Returns Policy for The Warde Way

At The Warde Way, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help with your returns. Please read our returns policy below to understand your rights and our obligations.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition, with all tags attached. Items must also be in the original packaging.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Packaging: Securely package the items you wish to return in the original packaging.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

4. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days.

  • Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or we made an error in your order.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately at thewardeway@wardegroupage.co.uk. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

7. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded unless they are faulty or damaged upon receipt.

8. International Returns

If you are returning an item from outside the UK, please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend using a tracked shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
